Students all chipped in to cut and prepare a delicious mexican fruit salad to bring to the Kindergarten fiesta. We used all the fresh fruits we purchased at the mexican market. Students enjoyed papaya, guava, pineapple, mango combined with a fresh squeeze of lime juice and cilantro, it was ¡rico! What a great way to end our Mexico unit. We learned so much and could certainly keep going, but it's time for snow, a perfect unit to begin with such cold and blizzard like conditions.
